What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, address or postcode, and the description of your project or event.

How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange delivery and collection of your pod. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to our business email, hosted by Google Workspace. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting hire, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@kitchenpods.net. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
